Hi, I'm Mark.

I've spent most of my working life around small local businesses, and I kept noticing the same painful thing: great spots people genuinely loved, sitting behind websites that were quietly turning customers away. Broken images, "not secure" warnings, a footer still stuck on 2019.

I always wanted to fix that — the holdup was the technical side. That changed when my son, Jake, came on board. How do I know what's actually wrong with my site?

Do I have to throw out my current website?

Almost never. Quick Fix and Single Page Rebuild work inside whatever you're already using — Wix, Squarespace, WordPress, GoDaddy, custom. We only rebuild from scratch if your current setup genuinely can't be saved, and we'll tell you upfront if that's the case.

How do payments work?

After the audit, we send a Stripe link for the agreed tier. No retainers, no contracts, no auto-charges except for the monthly fee on the Full Website and Premium Website tiers — which you can cancel any time.

What if I'm not technical at all?

That's most of our clients. You don't need to know what SSL is or how DNS works — that's our job. We handle everything on the back end and only ask you what we genuinely need (logo, photos, opening hours, etc.).

Are you actually based in Austin?

Yes. The studio is in Austin, TX. We work with clients across the US though — everything happens by email, so location doesn't matter for the work itself.

Standard Care (included with Full Website) adds one substantial improvement each month — a rebuilt section, new feature, or content overhaul. Premium Care (included with Premium Website) is unlimited plus SEO. No counting fixes, no nickel-and-diming. Fair use applies, but in practice nobody hits a cap.

What if my problem isn't on the list above?
